Meat candy! Bacon makes any day better, a fact we truly and honestly believe, and a giant slab of fair bacon, cooked to perfection, and put on a stick, this is one to write home about. Wether you're keto friendly or just love a side of sweet, savory pork, this is an affair to remember.
California Corn Company
It's corn! It's got the juice! The question you're going to be asked at this stand is: Do you want it on the cob or shucked in a bowl, because you can do not wrong with either. Of course, then there's a whole slew of questions to come after it: Do you want butter? Cheese? Maybe a sprinkling of Flamin' Hot Cheetos dusted on top like some sort of delicious fiery mountain? It's a lot to think about it, but it all takes you to the same place: corn!
Get Fried
We want you… to eat at Get Fried. The home of Fun Biz's most mad scientist culinary creations. We're talking fried chicken donut sandwiches. We're talking fruity pebble fried shrimp po'boys. We're talking fried pickles - ok, those ones aren't so crazy, but they are crazy good, so that's just as good. Just for the sights and smells alone, you're going to have to check this out. And if you walk away with a new favorite fair dish, don't say we didn't warn you.
Lil Olivia's Corn Dogs
The third and final spot named for the daughters of Fun Biz's founders, the corn dogs are here to fight for that most iconic fair food challenge. Fresh cornmeal batter, delicious plump hot dog, all on a stick, it's making a pretty iconic argument for itself. Add a little ketchup, add a little mustard, this stand has both, or just eat it plain, no judgements here. Whatever way you do it, you're doing it right.
Pats Pizza
Need a slice? We've got you covered. Pat's Pizza makes fresh, hot, delicious thin-crust pizza with a selection of toppings to make sure it's the best bite you've had. They're also always experimenting with new flavors, like the infamous Flamin' Hot Cheetoes Pickle Pizza, yes, you read that right, so it's worth checking them out to see what's in the oven today.
Texas Tater Twister
We know you've tried hot dogs at a fair and we know you've tried potato chips at a fair, but have you ever tried them both, together, on a stick?
